Curing this error "ERROR:2114 - Command already exisits: Initialize " 2005-06-13 - By Todd Lawrimore

Hello All.
This error occurs because I installed the X-Frog plug-in. I've since
un-installed the plug-in, but still get the error. I think because I
installed it in a workgroup, the un-install sequence failed to execute
properly.
Can anyone tell me what file or files I need to delete, or more
specifically, what my next step is?
