I am writing an exporter from our affordable 3-d
camera-tracking (match-moving) program, SynthEyes, to
produce ts6 python scripts.
1. How can I set the parent of a new object. There is
GetParent etc, how about setparent?
2. I need a python script example that creates a
material to display an AVI or file sequence and apply
it to a particular object.
3. Alternatively, can I create a background from an
AVI/sequence and have it display live in the viewport,
w/o a render. Need to be able to control aspect ratio
in this case.
Tasks to be achieved via Python, not GUI; no plugins
please.
