Yes I downloaded 101scripts.exe 24.5mb, and videoinstructions.mov 17.5mb

didn't tested yet, no time .........

101 Scenes & Scripts for Softimage XSI & 3D Digital Creatures.

This free proyect created by the Sintesys Animation School (Softimage
ATC - Spain) contains a video tutorial and a database with 101 Softimage XSI
scripts and scenes for 3D digital creatures and characters.

The scenes contain many types of creatures and behaviours:

Walking Spiders, breathing, blinking, A* pathfinding algorithm used in
most videogames, bat wings, dogs, fishes, jumping rabbits, darts technique
for eye movement, worms, octopus, chamaleons, frogs, humans... up to 101
scenes programmed by the two main methods Softimage XSI has: Scripts and
expresions so you can compare effectivity and workflow. Scene studies
contains use of deformers, shape animation and even examples with the
FXtree.

Sintesys provides this material as initial step of a serie of results of
a study in artificial inteligence for digital creatures we are into. From
this study a book is also going to be released in October 2005 under the
title Move Animate Act.

Sintesys was founded as the first Authorized Trainning Center in Spain
in 1998 and is the only school in Spain that providescourses on Softimage
XSI Object Model Programming & MentalRay shaders for XSI & c++ programming
besides Animation, CGI & FX and Videogames.

After lot´s of work in the past 6 months here is the first FREE result
of our study on AI.
