overrides and parameter locks

overrides and parameter locks

I worked around the adding override thing by making sure I added all the
overrides at the same time, but it's a bit half-arsed.

Can you not just switch passes before making the change, switch back to
view? The locks are only in effect in the pass on which there are overrides.

Actually, I've just messed and I have a better workaround. Switch to the
pass with no overrides, select the object and open a rendertree. Lock the
rendertree now switch back to the pass with the overrides. Edit nodes in
this view and you won't get locked parameters. I'm guessing the same would
work in any other material ppg.
