overrides and parameter locks

overrides and parameter locks

I really don't understand the new override system. each time we need to edit
a shader in a partition with an override we must delete this override before
editing the tree :-(.
Here is the way I do when I need to edit a material locked by override :
Duplicate the pass and delete all the override in the new pass. Then edit
the shaders in this pass and switch in the "overrided pass" to see a render
region for example. Completly crazy i know, but I can't find an other way
:-/
At least a button to temporary disable the override would help.
Hope this help.
Cheers,
