So if you lock a layer it won't let you select an object?  I thought
that was the whole point of locking layers?

Addendum:

There appears to ba a bug. If I have one layer locked, but visible, it
won't let me Ctrl+drag to select. However, once I unlock the locked
layer, Viola! I can Ctrl+drag to select. Okay, but that's the whole
reason for layers in the first place! Besides that, having a fun day in
TS :)

Anyone else have this problem?
