I've got this link also and looked into this. If you open up the .ms file than
you can see there's no magic going on here, just some presets for AA,FG,GI,SSS
etc.
Nothing you can find out yourself fiddling a bit with MR or reading from some
tutorial. You could even create your own custom toolbar in XSI with some
buttons "presetting" MR to specific tasks, so it would do about the same thing.
