Back If you're clients are Windows machines and have RSH installed, you could use a bat file this way:
for /L %%i in (firstIP,step,lastIP) do call rsh xxx.xxx.x.%%i -l loginname pathtoxsibatch\xsibatch.bat -w \\workgroupserver\workgroupdirectory
Worked fine for me.
