Regardless of the legal issues - don't bother.
Icarus is useless with tS. They never got the camera right, and that is kind of
the whole point of a matchmover program.
Until tS can import LW cameras there are no matchmover programs that can be
used with it.
I'm using SynthEyes now, which works very well with Cinema4D and LW. It's a lot
cheaper than Icarus/PFTracker, and it's blazingly fast. It tracks a clip in
just a few seconds, while Icarus had to spend hours on the same clip..
