Ted,
1. EULA = End User License Agreement; the Icarus EULA was included in the
file "EULA.rtf" distributed with the software.
2. The EULA under which Icarus was distributed supposedly defines the terms
of use and distribution of the software.
3. My request for help in obtaining a copy of version 2.09 very precisely
complies with the software owner's terms.
4. My request was (and is) to people who may have downloaded the software
but have NOT INSTALLED AND USED it.

1. The University of Manchester (UK), author/owner of Icarus, has not
responded to my emails concerning Icarus version 2.09
2. Icarus was a beta version of what is now a commercial software product.
The owners do not distribute Icarus any longer.
