Back It means that two or more commands with the same name are installed. It could be that you installed a plugin or something that registers a command already reserved by XSI.
Do you have any addons that you recently added? It's not a big issue as usually XSI's own stuff is usually initialized first and therefore core functionalities are not compromised, but whatever custom tool uses that dupe command will not work.

I get this on starting XSI
'ERROR : 2114 - Command already exists: Initialize
what does this mean? can I do something about it? XSI starts up anyway, but It's just anoying...
