Paul,

No matter what the EULA says a licensed user can or cannot do, no unlicensed
user may distribute another companies software without permission. That's
against the law(several laws, in fact), so making failed attempts to split
hairs by citing the EULA is only asking for the makers of Icarus to come
down on you.
