We wrote a script that creates geometry field guides from curves.  So we
have field guides which show 16:9 and 4:3.

      A quick solution that I'm thinking is duplicate your camera,
constrain it your second camera and interest to your first camera,
change the properties of  this second camera, Format, field of view bla
bla..., open it in a new view and capture it.
