Dave,
This is what I do when I'm stumped in a situation like that (for me it
was uniforms)

My suggestion:
Dont look at architecture to inspire architecture
Maybe check out dome sites on say... microbes and using electron
microscopes... there are some unique materials out there that boggles
the mind, maybe you might come across a fungi or microbe or something
that will inspire a shape.
Sometimes it works!

Subject: [TSML] Looking for Inspiration

I am currently working on a my longest WIP ever (yes...we are talking
years here).  It is a sci-fi architecture scene and I am about 80% done.

I am a bit stuck for some sci-fi spire type of
architecture...preferrably with a walkway between towers....effectively
I have been doodling with 3D shapes for some time now, but nothing has
yet to "click"....so I would say that I am stuck and in need of
inspiration.

Does anyone have any good links to any web-sites that focus purely on
sci-fi architecture.....something unique and not just a re-tread of past
Sci-fi movies would be preferred (I have been to the "sci-fi 3d" site).

Thanks,
Dave Angelini
