Frozen Particles

The current netview version does one kind of plotting that's useful for
many situations. It plots instances onto particle trajectories, providing
path-based motion.

The CGS_PlotParticles plugin plots particle global SRT values directly onto
the local SRTs of any selected objects or groups (scale is derived from
particle size). It also keyframes object visibility based on particle life.

But then I thought about all the times I would have liked to have accessed
other particle attributes to use for expressions, scripted ops, or
secondary simulation data. So the plugin will put a custom PPG on each
selected object and provide per particle info (**plotted):
   * particleID
   * typeID
   * **Particle Life
   * UVW origin coordinates
   * **Size
   * **Mass
   * **Color
Every plot parameter is optional with a toggle switch available from the
plugin GUI.
