Indeed it doesn't appear to be in Syflex, even in version 3, which is
strange. The flesh feature seems to go part of the way there, but then
impacts on the beaviour of the cloth, making it act like rubber. We
have requested this feature for the next release.

I've looked for such a setting and never found it. I used to use that
kind of thing to help with fitting in Maya Cloth. In XSI I use a lot of
shrink wrap to compensate when I model clothes.
