Yes, object exported to .xsi using the dotXSI4Maya plugin will maintain UV( first set only ) and texture.
A new version 1.4 with some bug fix is available from softimage.com/connect
Again you'll need to finish the building the plugin yourself.

SO I have soem scenes in Maya that I need to import to XSI since the particles thing on that side of it wasn't working out the way I had hoped.
Will exported models to .XSI format retain texture and UV info?
