Additionaly there are VC project wizards for operators and commands in
the XSI SDK folder. They are located here:
C:\Softimage\XSI_4.2\XSISDK\examples\operators\CppOpWizard
C:\Softimage\XSI_4.2\XSISDK\examples\commands\CppCommandWizard
The Readme.txt in the same folder gives further information where to
drop them. Really handy, check them out.
