Seems to me that those menues are the only ones that's core to the
application, the rest of them is probably created on the fly, and as
such may not have fixed IDs. As you launch XSI, the only menues you can
see at the top (while the splash screen is visible) are File, Edit,
Application, View, Window and Help. Anyway, it's just a hunch.
