Particle collision event problem 2005-04-25 - By Vince Fortin
Back Hey Brad, Chances are the emitted particle appears at the center of each raindrop. Make sure the streak shape isn't playing tricks on you. I'd make my own rain texture with its tip corresponding to the center of the sprite. Then turn off "use size for collision" so when the center hits the ground, a new particle is emitted at this exact position. Your texture should also work with raindrops of all sizes btw. Just a thought, I could be wrong ;)
