Back We also use 3DEqualizer here 99% of the time , and it's (imho) the most robust software you can find in 3D tracking today.
but you must be aware that : -the interface is very old and rigid . it seems that the UI has never been a priority there ... be prepared for a travel back in time (I would say back in 1995 at least) -3D equalizer doesn't work correctly on windows . mainly because of the XVision emulation thing. it crashes at least one or two times per day on windows . On linux it's very fast and super stable. I think they don't support Windows anymore (they should be respected for that :) ...
the interface thing is really sad because the results and features are top.it has all the features you can find in the other software (except optical flow) The support is also very good. it exports smoothly to XSI and you can write your own exporter if you wish in Tcl. We wrote some tools to handle lens distortion both in mental ray(lens shader) and in the FXtree(ufo) for the 3Dequalizer nerds , you can find them here .... http://www.3dequalizer.com/sdv_tech_art/div/la_maison_ImWarpDistort.html
PFtrack seems also to be a very interesting solution because it includes optical flow .. I tested it for a few days and it's really not bad (a little young maybe) but they have a new version coming up soon http://www.thepixelfarm.co.uk
