I found it in the materials folder under my user account.

You have to explicitely install the spdl.
Put the spdl and dll in a directory, then go File > SPDL > Install, or
something like that, and point to the spdl. There you go. This will
create a preset file somewhere in your users directory, this is the
shader that you have to load in the Render Tree.
