Looking for installed SPDL.

Hello,

Need some help, it's been a while since I've been on XSI, how do I use an
installed SPDL.
This may be very simple, but I can't drag and drop the L-glass SPDL onto a tool
bar.
I installed it, and I know where it is, but I can't figure out how to apply it
to a model.
I'm using 3.5.
Anyone?

Thanks

John
