Facial animator and heads

Facial animator and heads

I've just installed TS6.6 on a pretty new computer and the installation
seems to go okay and everything except the facial animator seems to work
fine.  But the facial animator can't seem to find the heads.  They're in
tsx/facial animator/heads where I think they're supposed to be but facial
animator says it can't find them.

I still have my old computer till it's all transferred over and the
installation layout seems essentialy the same.  The old one uses Win98SE and
the new one uses XP home edition.  It's a 2.7 ghz celeron with 256 meg ram.
and integrated graphics along with some kind of intel 3d accelerator.  It
has DirectX 9.0b.

I installed it and then installed the service pack and when FA didn't work
right I uninstalled it and re-installed it and tried again.  Same problem.
I still haven't installed the service pack again.  I wanted to see if that
was the problem.  Appearantly it's in the TS6.6 installation.

I'm guessing there must be some kind of pointer to the head files that is
incorrectly set but I can't find it.

Anybody got any ideas?

This is the same system I tried installing on before and had to use Win98SE
compatibility mode a couple of weeks ago.  I've since screwed up the OS
somehow and used the recovery discs and am re-installing everything now.
I'm not sure if I checked the facial animator last time so I don't know if
it had this problem then, too.
