Back Hi all - is there a way to convert Nurbes curves to Linear curves? By which I mean convert them, as opposed to generating new models.
I've imported an eps file, subtracted all subcurves (700+) and extruded models from them. I have had to manually rename all 700+ models, but have since realised I needed to convert to linear curves prior to extruding and naming the models. Simply going back and doing 'fit to curve' to generat linear versions of the Nurbs isn't a very pleasant option, as it would mean re-doing some very, very laborious, torturous, not to mention time consuming work.
Ideally I could change the Nurbs to linear, which would also keep the relation with the extruded models intact, and therefore keep the renamed models intact too....
Any ideas?
Cheers all!
