optionVar string arrays?

optionVar string arrays?

I had a small host of variable settings I had used optionVars for
( all relating to settings and controls for a small app )
and thought perhaps I could use a single optionVar string array
to hold these values.

However, it doesn't look like the optionVar arrays can be indexed.

I can append to an array,
but I can't set or read the n-th item of an array.

I can *remove* the n-th item from an array,
but its hardly the same thing.

I'm guessing that this is a "feature" of optionVars?
