Back sorry if this is a dupe. when I sent this over the weekend it got bounced back

Does anyone know where I can find more information about the COM ISIVTCollection type that is returned from some commands to help with languages that don't support 'out' parameters? I have the interface documentation from the XSI SDK docs but that doesn't really explain where this object comes from. It doesn't appear to be part of the normal XSI object model. Its not a part of the tlb library files as far as I can tell. I can't seem to find it in any of the COM tlb files that I've looked through. A google for it reveals only XSI pages so it appears to be part of XSI, not ActiveX scripting in general.
The Microsoft.Net runtime is having a lot of trouble marshalling it. If I knew more about it I might be able to marshal it myself manually. I can't seem to use reflection to get a type that contains its members for late bound dynamic invocation.
