Back Place your mouse over the CameraTxt operator. A tooltip will appear telling you from where in the stack (construction history ) it is reading.
Drag the CameraTxt operator above the clustershapecombiner op and all should be peachy.

I have run into this problem before as well. Basically if you are using the history of the shape to drive the transformation, it will not motion blur. I worked out a solution to this by using a scripted operator to transfer the animation from one object to another (use the get polygon mesh and set polygon mesh). If that is out of your scope, I believe you could also bake the animation into the target shape (however, this will create very large scene file).
