Place your mouse over the CameraTxt operator.
A tooltip will appear telling you from where in the stack (construction history
) it is reading.

Drag the CameraTxt operator above the clustershapecombiner op and all should be
peachy.

I have run into this problem before as well.  Basically if you are using the
history of the shape to drive the transformation, it will not motion blur.
I worked out a solution to this by using a scripted operator to transfer the
animation from one object to another (use the get polygon mesh and set
polygon mesh).  If that is out of your scope, I believe you could also bake
the animation into the target shape (however, this will create very large
 scene file).

You've turned on motion blur for deformed objects?
