Back Ah ha!!! Thanks Joel. I just remembered as I'm reading your email, I "tucked" part of an "intake" into my geometery to be extruded for a later day... Damned! (part of the outer surface is dipped into the mesh at one point to be extruded as "piping")
So thats what an error looks like when "that" happens... hmm... interesting!
