About that Dobby Tutorial 2004-02-03 - By John Gaubatz
Back I am just trying to understand what I see in the tutorial. The tutorial starts with a single polygon. To me it looks like a 'Plane'. It also looks like Maya has the ability where edges can be extruded (swept) to create the object. In truespace, edges cannot be swept, except for a nurbs plane. Are there plans in future releases to allow sweeping of edges on polygons? Or is there another tool in truespace that will allow this tutorial to be followed closely?
