Back Have a look at the synoptic that comes with the standard biped rig model in xsi . It has some good examples of the sort of things that you can incorporate in to your synoptic.
It should be located in the directory where xsi is installed. e.g. C:\Softimage \XSI_4.0\Data\XSI_SAMPLES\Synoptic\Rig

Hello, I have a question about the synoptic viewer, if your character has effectors from bones, how can you setup the synoptic view to select the effector when you have a hotspot in the area of the effector in the Synoptic viewer? Or shall I use a constraind object instead and copy & paste the constrained object line of vbasic code from the script editor to the hotspot? I know you can type in your code or cut and paste it to and from the script editor to synoptic or anything else for that matter anyone have any tips, suggestions for seting up a character in the synoptic viewer
