Tail control

You can use the Anim/Sim blend slider to get FK control.  Using
something between 1 and 0 will give you some of both.  One important tip
which has been discussed before....make sure to put your curve you are
generating your tail from into a model before you create the tail rig.
You should do this because creating it from the scene root will put the
anim clips the tail needs into a mixer at the scene root.  This could be
a problem if you want to export your rig to another scene or something.
