I use RegCleaner. I does a perfect job.
Two things though:
1- Always remove the COM server locations last, if not it may crash the software
2- RegCleaner, somehow, has problems starting up. Sometimes you need to launch
it up to 15 times before it actually launches. But once it launches, it does a
very good job.
You will find the tool very easily by googling, it's a freeware.
