Satellite rendering set-up for an architectural office in NYC

I am working at a medium sized architectural firm in NYC doing concept and
ArchViz work with XSI for some time now.

We have just expanded our equipment to include 3 Essential licenses and as
well I have about 6 Dual processor workstations and  a small render farm of
10 machines or so.....

We have a small IT staff with minimal CG knowledge, and I am not familiar
with setting up the satellite rendering capability or a batch rendering
program.....and then using all of this effectively.

Does anyone know of someone that would be able to set us up and give us a
quick lesson on how to utilize this effectively?

Simon
