problem with toon ink

That's a bit strange.
Yes I agree sometimes toon ink lens is quite sensitive with parameters.
But looking at TOON_INKLINE A and TOON_INKLINE B, one question: what is
your building size (in XSI units) and what is the distance threshold value
on toon_ink_lens in sampling tab.

It seems to me, that might be the distance threshold is need to be raised
slightly. Distance threshold will tell the toon_ink_lens whether it should
put a contour or not when the sampled points are not in the same triangle.

Subject: problem with toon ink

Hi

Having problems with the toon_ink_lens shader on xsi... Attached a .jpg
showing the problems... the image on the upper left corner shows the
hidden_line capture of the geometry. Toon_inkline A and Toon_inkline_B is
two renders using the same setting with the camera orbited. As can be seen
from the two images, there's unwanted inklines on the surface of the
geometry. Furthermore, the inklines are generated differently with a
slight change in camera position.

Thanks
