Visibility of Prop Points

Visibility of Prop Points

Turn off show wireframe on selected objects.

The only thing that needs to go in for everybody’s desires to come true is
the points visibility to NOT be overridden by tools, otherwise everything
else is in place.

120 % agree!
When doing any kind of very fine tweaks to an object I would like to be able
to hide polygons/edges/points _completely_ in the camera view. Right now I
tweak a point or edge, deselect, check the surface = kind of annoying.
Please Softimage, make this possible.

I have to agree with Jabbar here. I think the whole thing can be improved if
we can control the size of the points that are displayed. (Forgive me if we
can already do this but I can not find any control).

On dense meshes I find it hard to see the form of the object because all I
can see is a scattering of red and blue dots and that hinders the modeling
process.

Along those lines, I think the display of unselected points in 95% of cases
is largely unnecessary. In my experience, models are usually made up of
quads so the position of a point is already known by where the two edges
join.

Just my thoughts on the subject.
