  | | | Transferring UV maps to Hair | Transferring UV maps to Hair 2005-03-04 - By Demian Zarins
Back Hi,
I´ve modeled a head and now I want to add hair. I have a uv map for the head and want to make use of it when adding a cut-map. I´m using a cluster to add eybrows and want to connect the cut-map to this area (or the whole head but just having hair in defined area. The thing is that I have no way of seeing if the cut map actually is placed where I want it to be and as soon as I connect the map all the hair dissapears. I´ve looked in the tutorials but they use an already generated uv set and this is what I´m having problems getting right.
TIA
/Demian
