Good question. First of all, there is no "don't us the metall map shader"
for Truespace and MaMa!. Try it with my demo MAMA!. You will see that it can
produce some really nice metall effect. But.. It's not the intension to do
something a user have to think a test about. MaMA! describe real material.
If you use the metal shader you will have a more ore less natural looking
metall effect but not 100% real metal. The problem is that usuall metall
(Gold, Silver...) is eahm aeee mmhh a multiangeled MaMa! (I hope you
understand this point)

Metall does something that i can't catch in the moment with my enviroment
and math processing, but there is a slight chance. I reading a articel about
something like "reverse projection mapping" and some weird math opperation
that can solve some of my  problems. I will hang on that stuff because one
of my next babe will be a natur and fur/hair pack. I need to solve it before
i can do the textures.

Norbert
