Back Hi RorrKonn, I've been watching your vehicle models take shape on the forum - vcTek would be great to drive them around. Here is the link to Andy Kay's vcTek Mercedes kit http://www.virtualcaledonia.com/vctek/mercedes.htm <http://www.virtualcaledonia.com/vctek/mercedes.htm> - it has a neat movie showing it being driven by vcTek. It is best to right-click and save target as to watch the movie properly. You can model your own track components (treads, sprockets, idlers, etc) in vcTek and there is no limit to complexity (apart from your PC spec). You can also mix treads on a single track. For instance, have a track made of sucker treads with every third tread made of spikes. I did a fantasy robot once where the track treads were shoes:-)

Never have enough tools :) I'm currently modeling Cars.Car plugs a must. Got a few ideas for some sci-fi meshes on tread. Can I model my own tread for the tank track plugs and is there a limit to how complex they can be ?
