I have to agree a bit with this. I have purchased 4.0, got the 4.3 patch e-mail, and purchased upgrades to 5.0, 6.0, 6.5, and 6.6 directly from Caligari. I feel that have received every special offer from Caligari since I first bought 4.0, so why did I not receive (what I consider to be) the more important e-mail regarding how to obtain the service pack for 6.6 ?

I sent an e-mail to Caligari on the 22nd of this month, and still have not received any information of how I can obtain the service pack. The registration page does not allow you to select anything later than 6.0 ... and I wouldn't think that registering 6.0 would imply that you purchased 6.6 ...
Tom, I would appreciate an e-mail about this. I can send you the invoice number for 6.6 if you need it ...
