I've had .3ds meshes that would not load right in any app.
had .3ds load right in TS.
You all our assuming that the model was zip correctly.
a .lwo made in 6 you half to load peace buy peace layer buy layer in to
Modeler 7.
if I leave a .lwo in layers or leave the subpatch on and export it in
.obj format.it will not load right in TS.
The ones saving the mesh half to take care that it works in multiple
apps correctly.
since they only have .3ds and no .obj and it does not load right.
I half to wonder if they know how to save for multiple apps or if they
care if it works in multiple apps.
I've also seen them save meshes in .obj and .cob but they would leave
subpatch on or something.
There's a plug for RH to load .max
