Tail problems

We are having problems with Tails not rendering correctly on multiple
machines, despite using caching etc.... - the only solution I have found is
to plot animation onto the tail bones, and remove the bones generating
dynamics - not ideal really - anyone had this - any ideas????  I have tried
all sorts of things, including playing around with environments as it
mentions in the docs!!

Thanks

Sandy
