Back Yes, but you have to set it up manually*.
Use the Background Shader on the object(s) that you want to capture the reflection onto then Turn off the primary visibility of the objects that are casting the reflections from. There is a good description of how to do this in the Alias Maya Rendering book, plus a movie as well that shows how to do it.
*I believe that there are also a few mel scripts on Highend3D that can perform this too. Andrew Chapman's Render passes is one script that I use which you can download from his site:

I have a few friends that are creating mel scripts that simulate Electric Image's or Cinema4D's way of turning on and off specific render passes for outputs. Once you understand MEL and become "one" with it, the possibilities of setting up your own render passes are unlimited, or they seem so to me at least.
