Workgroup Configuration for farm through setenv.bat?

Hello,

Currently, I launch each farm computer and set the workgroup through the
Data Management PPG.

Is there a simple way to edit the setenv.bat file to add or change
workgroups.  (every farm computer uses a common setenv.bat file)



I apologize if this is obvious, but I can't decipher what the batch is
attempting to do in the "Shader plugins" area.
