No worries, managed to find new system software on the accom site, created a
boot floppy, installed new system software and now it's working!
Quite amazing.
Now, where are my pipe and slippers.....?

Sorry for the OT, but we have an Accom 2xtreme disk recorder here (had it
for years) but we've hit a problem. When offloading frames onto the thing,
it does the first frame, gets part way down the next and skips to the next
frame, gets part way down that, then hangs. It's as if communication is
getting out of sync somehow. We've actually had it switched off for quite a
while because of this problem, but really could do with getting it up and
running again.
If there's anyone out there still using one of these things, any help would
be appreciated. We use the old soft DDR standalone. I have no idea if
there's an alternative?
