problem when changing image aspect ratio 2003-11-26 - By Verity
Back Hi Mark,
Below the width:height ratio setting in Render Globals/Resolution, you will find another two settings called "Device Aspect Ratio" and "Pixel Aspect Ratio".
Before you change the resolution, ensure that you note the values in these two settings. Then uncheck the "Lock Device Aspect Ratio" box. You can now type the particular values that you want into these two settings and your render should look as you were hoping it would.
cheers,
~verity
