hopefully, its all a big Snafu, and it was some overtired associate that
charged instead of refunding.
Weird that their database would register a refund when in fact it was a sale..
I haven't had any problems with Thomson, except for the amount of time it took
to ship the book to my door. 1 month is a little long in this day and age,
considering I'm in North America ., albeit Canada.

The company Thomson:
Thomson learning took the money rightaway out my credit card when I
orded the XSI book, but
I never got the XSI book. When I called them more than 10 times than they
still told me that I never
had orderd a book. After a lot of phones Thomson promised me to put back
the money on my credit
card, but instead they took again the money of my credit card. Now after a
lot of phone calls they
are saying again that they never took the money from my credit card and I
never orded a book.
At the moment Thomson told Mastercard that they put money on my
bankaccount, but Mastercard
confirmed today with me instead of putting each time on they are taking
money out of your account.
MasterCard is now starting a process of internet fraud against them as they
have all the proofs
they took already 2 times money of my credit card while Thompson official
denieds it.
