Hi Dave,
I love the image. Are you sure you didn't work on the original 'Close
Encounters' movie? ;^) You should submit the image to CoastToCoastAM with
George Noory. I am sure they would post the image as unique artwork.

I wanted to ask a question. The farthest tree on the left appears to be
illuminated by the UFO, but the tree on the right of the UFO is not
illuminated as fully. Also the fence in the background is fully illuminated.
Shouldn't the tree on the right have the same illumination or the tree on
the left and the fence be illuminated a little less as the UFO has already
passed. I don't want you to think I am nit picking, but it just seems to me
that the left back tree is too illuminated. I know you said you were
balancing out the illumination, but I just wanted to bring up my view
points. I look forward to viewing the final animation. 'Close Encounters' is
one of my favorite movies and I enjoy listening to Coast To Coast AM when
they are discussing UFO's. And no I have not been abducted.  =: ^ 0

Almost done.  Constructive comments would be appreciated.

This will be part of animation, so please realize that the UFO will be a
major light source and I am balancing between too dim (prior to the UFO's
appearance and only showing the night sky) and too bright (as the UFO comes
into frame...but then UFO's should be bright).

The background image was designed to create the necessary silhouettes for
the opening part of the scene when all is dark and only illuminated by the
moon (e.g. prior to the UFO rounding the curve in the road).

Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to those in America.
