The other spot light is hidden by the ships body, that is why you can not see the lens flare. Previous versions did use CP-Glow for the yellow lights. The render times for the little bit of glow that was added was pretty long and I turned it off for the test renders. I guess I forgot to turn in back on for this render. As an animation is soon to follow, I will be using motion blur. As such, I don't think that glow on the yellow lights will register at all and so I might just leave it off.
