Particles - Inheret Velocity Problem 2004-12-06 - By Jabbar Raisani
Back Hello,
I am having a problem getting particles to inheret velocity from an eveloped mesh in 4.2. For example if a sphere is enveloped to a bone, and that bone is then animated, then inheret velocity is given a value of say 100. The particles will NOT inheret velocity from the deform. In 3.5, the particles will inheret the velocity of the shpere's enveloped deformations using inheret velocity. It seems like it has something to do with the construction history. Any ideas?
Thanks in Advance, Jabbar <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=iso-8859 (See http://iso-8859.ora-code.com)-1"> <META content="MSHTML 6.00.2800.1458" name=GENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=#ffffff> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Hello,</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> I am having a problem getting particles to inheret velocity from an eveloped mesh in 4.2.
